Shipping Policy
Our carrier worldwide is DHL.
We may deliver your order to your personal postal address; a signature is required to retrieve your parcel. You may also choose to pick-up your parcel at a DHL Access Point.
Your orders shall be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 workdays and shall reach you within 1 to 5 days on average. Since our estimated delivery period is calculated over business days, weekends and official holidays are not included in the indicated period. Between these periods, your orders are delivered to the cargo company on the first business day.
CICEKLER shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of CICEKLER.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Since our company adopts unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you receive is under the guarantee of our company. Our company is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. We continue to fulfill this obligation.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, please contact our customer service team within 14 day days from order to request a refund. Please contact us via e-mail at: info@officialcicekler.com and include: order number, name the order was made with, email address the order was made with and your request.
Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Also, the original shipping fee will not be credited back upon return.
Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.
You may use any postal service at your own risk, CICEKLER can’t take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing. CICEKLER reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item or interested in a different size please contact our client service team within 14 days from order. Please contact us via e-mail info@officialcicekler.com and include: order number, name the order was made with, email address the order was made with, your request. Please note that exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise.
